The honest answer is: as soon as you know your dates. Spring field trip season, summer family reunions, and fall football weekends fill up fast in our region, so the more lead time you can give us, the easier it is to lock in the right size coach. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, too. Give us a call, and we'll let you know what's available.
On multi-day trips, yes, the driver needs lodging. Federal DOT regulations limit drivers to 10 hours of driving and 15 hours on-duty per day, so they need real rest between shifts. The good news is we can quote your trip either way: whether the driver's room is covered by you, or you prefer to let us handle that and we include it in our quote. Just let your travel associate know your preference when you request your quote.
Tipping isn't automatically included, but it's customary in the charter industry, and your driver will appreciate it. The amount is up to you and your group. Your travel associate can walk you through what other groups typically do. If you'd like to bake gratuity into your invoice so you don't have to think about it on travel day, we can do that, too.

Every trip we run has 24-hour on-call emergency staff backing it up, and our entire management team is reachable by phone any time of day. All of our coaches are equipped with two-way radios for coach-to-coach communication. Because we operate a large fleet, we can typically get a replacement coach to you faster than companies that have to scramble for backup equipment.
